Tech communities often talk about creating a diverse and inclusive culture. However, more often than not, it remains just talk. Join a panel of Philadelphia-area tech experts to discuss some issues and ways to implement solutions to create a more diverse and inclusive tech scene. We will cover topics including: an aging workforce, promoting alcohol consumption, the myth of the rock star developer, and women working in tech. Our hope is to create a dialogue that will extend beyond the panel and into the broader Philly tech community. Let's work towards replacing tech culture's negative ISMs with a positive one: altruism.
